About:Facilities & Services in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Regarding about my lost baggage which we with my family travelling from Hongkong to Beijing on 26 july 2010 flight is caa116.Can you please check is my baggage is not yet transfer to Brussel.Is already two weeks.Thank you.
