I'm planning to visit taiwan neither in 15 oct or 24 nov around 7days.. now i was confusing bout the weather since my boyfriend is alergy for cold weather and i wish to have a good weather in not so cold nor hot.
IF i wish in nov is that ok to wear short pant or just thick t-shirt??? When the time go night market needed to wear a coat as well? Kindly pls advise me the best of this two month to visit taiwan..
