Hello I'm going to Tokyo tomorrow morning to get a Chinese visa,I was told on the phone that i can get it within 2 days. But now I see that there is a need for alien registration card,which means I have to be living in Japan.What shall I do the tickets are already bought.Is there a way I can still get a visa in Tokyo?

Mr.Inapss, now please have a try to get a China visa in Tokyo because your tickets have been bought, I only know that the China embassy in Seoul has applied new rule that applicants other than Korean should provide the Alien Registration Card valid for at least 6 months. Maybe the China embassy in Tokyo has not applied the new rule, Good Luck!
