Hi. I plan to visit HK disney with my little kids. I have choice either 24-28 October, or 26-30 December.. Going in Oct is cheaper, but I afraid of raining.. And not sure which one is better for shopping.. Please advise.. Worse case is it rains during our Disney visit..
