About:Chinese Embassy in Australia

Dear Officer,

I am a permanent resident and citizen of Australia, and my name on my citizenship certificate is a little bit wrong, my australia passport hasn't granted due to the little name mistake on my citizenship certificate. I still have a valid China passport. And i'm going to marry a Chinese man in China in august or september 2010.
My question is what sort of certificate i need to support my single status? i live in South Australia, and i've obtained a " No Record " Result from south Australia Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration office. But the office says they only search for the record in South Australia, not entire Australia. So, will this certificate be okay for me to get married in China, or do i need to obtain another single status certificate? From where?

Thanks a lot,

Leah

I think if it is certified by the Chinese Consulate General, that is ok.
