About:Huangshan Mountain

How do I get to Yellow Mountain from Beijing to take the East side tour? What budget conscious hotel can you recommend?

You can go by train or airplane, for 20 hours and 2 hours or so. The train arrive in Huangshan (the city of Yellow Mountain) at 7:30am. You can go to the mountain directly and book a hotel in the mountain area. Two flights are available and one of them will stop at Hefei first. You can get to Huangshan at 14:30, 20:20. Then, you can find a hotel in downtown Huangshan and stay one night. Get to climb the mountain next day morning. The second way seems to be more comfortable, but more expensive.
