Question

I'm going to work in Longqiao 3 months from January to March of 2011. There will be a lot of outdoor work involved so I need to buy clothes fit for purpose. Can anyone give me an idea of how wet it will be and how cold because so many different websites give very large ranges of average temperatures. I don't know whether thermals are needed or just good fleeces! Its a shopping nightmare! Thank you.

Temperature seems not so specifically, since the wether changes much. As before, the lowest temperature of Chengdu in January seems above 0 centigrade but it get to below 0 last year, I think you'd better bring you down coat, any way, the time you'll stay is winter in Chengdu， it is pretty wet.
