My Sister has already visited HK & China , that time she had the Maiden name & Home Addresss , now that she's married & my Brother in law Plans to shift to HK forever ,  so now to get an Immigrant visa does she need to Change the Name to the Surname of my Bro in law & address in Passport to his current address or She can just have the Old Name & address & just provide the Merriage Certificate & Affidavit ...
