About:Beijing Capital Airport T2

I arrive PEK T3 on UA, then fly MU (based in T2?) to KMG 3 hours later. Directions here suggest the I to D transfers are all within T3; I thought I would need to take the shuttle bus from T3 to T2, then checkin there with MU. Please clarify.

Yes, you are right. You should take the shuttle bus to T2 and checkin at T2.
