The average hogh temprature is about 31℃ and the average low temprature is about 26℃. It is not too hot. There are much information about beijing tour and guilin tour on this website. You can find it. I will list two package for you:
https://www.travelchinaguide.com/package/beijingdaytours.htm
https://www.travelchinaguide.com/package/guilintour2d.htm

Ps: Mid of Sep is the best time of Beijing although Guilin has a little bit rainy days~
