About:Macau Visa Policy

sir i would like to work in macau,what't the first thing i should do,some of my friends are already working there,they take tourist visa there and then look for a job..now they are happily working there...can you give me some legal assisstance i would really appreciate it...

So, you may try to apply for a tourist visa to Macao from Chinese embassy in your country.
