i am flying to ulan bator via pekin. ı must be at pekin airport 4 hours , without going out , may i fly to mongolia without any visa ?

if you hold a through ticket and have booked seats on international airliners flying directly through China, and will stay in mongolia for less than 24 hours without leaving the airport, you do not need a visa.
