About:Hangzhou Travel

May i know from west lake to thousand island how far is it? how i getting there? by train or by bus which one better?how much (RMB) and how many hours can reach there?

Well, from the West Lake, please take a taxi to Hangzhou West Bus Station, which supplies many express buses to the port of Thousand Island Lake everyday. The journey is about 2 hours and CNY60/person. Then, you could take a ship to visit this lake.

May i know how many days shall i spend at thousand island? i planning to stay hotel near west lake, so is it possible 1 day trip to thousand island and back to west lake hotel at night? still can get transportation at night time?

One day is possible for a round trip but will be urgent if you travel by public transportation. In fact, it is suggested that you participate in a 1-day tour to Thousand Island Lake. The guide will pick you up at your hotel in the morning and send you back to the hotel after the traveling.
