i'm going to visit Shi jou shiang, changhua city in September. from taipei airport how do i get to this address:Chang an lane, UA tsuo county, shi jou shiang, changhua city? i will be arriving at taipei intl airport. please help me get to SHI JOU AREA. If i take a bus to changhua, how far is the bus terminal from my final destination? can I take a taxi and what is the distance if i take a cab? im desperate of information.i don,speak any chinese.please help
