I am agent in India for import and export.

my buyer want Import Paracetamol in India. I have check shipment detail last 3 month. in indian average 1 shipment come from china.

I have now quotation for paracetamol from china. but client say quotation is high. I want to know if customer pay custome duty 24% for paracetamol than can he adjest this [custome amount] from excise duty. How to adjest this custome from excise duty or any other ways.
