Hi i am a filipina and i will travel in hongkong for 10 days i would like to travel to shanghai after and will go directly there from HK..Is it possible to get a L visa in HK even if its not my country of residence? I already have completed my requirements and will get the visa in Hk when im there for holidays..

You'd better apply for China visa in Philippines, your China visa application maybe denied in Hong Kong because you are not resident in Hong Kong
