Dear Director,

I have received an invitation letter from China to attend the IAP young scientists conference in China. I have been trying to contact the visa section but was not able to do so. I would like to know the quickest way to get my visa, since I am traveling to another country in 10 days time. The problem is that I have sent my documents to one of the agencys in Iran and they say since the invitation letter has been received by email they will not send it to the embassy and they want the original one. Could you please tell me what is the best way to get the visa?
