We will like to visit Haikou on December 2010 for 5 days, need to know whether we can hire a car or mini bus to visit place of interest or as transport during the stay? How much will it cost? Is the charges on per day basis or for the whole trip, does it include transfers from airport to hotel / hotel to airport?
