The hotel is very close to Yau Ma Tei MTR Station. From the hotel to Ocean Park, it takes 8 minutes for 10.5HKD by MTR to Admiralty. Leave from Exit B and find bus 629 to Ocean Park directly, 10.6HKD for about half a hour.
Ocean Park to Victoria Peak: take bus 629 back to Admiralty, then walk 15-20 minutes to the Peak Tram directly.
Peak to the light show: where are you going to see the light show? If you want to see in the Avneue of Stars, take bus 15/15C or walk to Central from the Peak, then take mtr to TST, then walk to the avenue. Of you can walk to Star Ferry in Central to see the light show on Victoria Habor.
Walk back to TST and take mtr back to Yau Ma Tei, 4HKD, only two stops. Or you can take bus at TST terminal back to Yau Ma Tei.
Science Museum of HK is close to Avenue of Stars. You should put it together with the anenue. It takes about 35 minutes by MTR from Yau Ma Tei to Tung Chung (via transfering in lai King), costing 15.5HKD. Walk to Nging Ping 360 Cable Station to Nging Ping, 5 minutes from Tung Chung MTR. The cable car takes 25 minutes to Nging Ping, 107HKD for round trip per person.
Causeway bay is two stops away by MTR from Admiralty. From your hotel, you should get to Admiralty first and change to HK Island Line to Causeway Bay then, about 15 minutes for 10.5HKD.
