I would be there for 3 days. 1.Take Island Line to Central, walk to Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal, there you can buy ticket and go to Macau.2.Take Island Line to Central, and then take Tswen Wan Line to Lai King and change to Tung Chung Line, alight at Sunny Bay Station, take Disneyland Line to your destination.3.Take Island Line to Central or Admiralty, and then take Bus 15 to the Peak, remember to take the double decker ones and sit on the upper decker!4.For shopping place, you can go to Ladies Market Near Mong Kok MTR Station.

1.Take city bus to the ferry port to take ferry to Macau.2.Take Tsuen Wan Line and get off at Lai King to transfer Tung Chung Line. Then get off at Sunny Bay and transfer Disneyland Resort Line. 3.Take Tsuen Wan Line to Central. Then transfer bus 15C to the Peak Tram Station.4.There are some big shopping center around the hotel. I did not find any information about your question. You can look around there and then make decision to buy.
