I'm having the same ARC problems that a lot of people are having. I only have 1 month left, but have already booked tickets. A lot of people seem to be saying send the passport back to America and have family file for the visa there. Is this legal? Won't the Chinese Embassy in America see that the passport hasn't been used to leave Korea?
