I sit possible to go zigong by bus or train from chengdu and how much time is it ? How its cost ?

Both possible! I suggest bus. It is faster. Get to this bus station: 梁家巷汽车站 (Liangjiaxiang bus station). Buses here are more comfortable. About three hours later, you are arriving Zigong.
