I have a colleague will go to other countries to work and he will claim back all the travelling cost with receipts. And he bought many tickets and give us to claim back the expenses and his costs are very expensive & unreasonable. For example, he takes the bus fm Shaoxin to Ningbo and claim us rmb120.I checked with him and he said it is not a public bus & it is a private bus and the travelling time is 4 hours. Does anyones know where I can check the prices? Does it has private bus? Can we get the official bus ticket that showing on board and destination when we take the bus?
