It is possible to visit Victoria Peak and Ocean Park in one day. The hotel is no more than 5 minutes' walk to Exit C of Yau Ma Tei MTR Station. Take mtr to Admiralty, then change to Bus 629 to Ocean Park at Exit B2. It costs about 21HKD (including mtr and bus). The Ocean Park admission fee is 208HKD. Get back to Admiralty after Occean Park in the afternoon. WAlk about 15 minutes to Peak Tram. The museum is closes at 10:00pm, so you have enought time. Admission fee is 90HKD. You can buy package ticket combining museum admission and Peak Tram. Have fun!
