About:Chinese Embassy in Nepal

hello sir,
i would like to apply for a touris visa ro hing kong for 14 days .
have my maternal uncke staying there at hong kong and most probably will be staying at his place, do i have to have the invitaion lettter to apply for a visa to hk ???
or else cannot i just apply writing his address in the person responsible for me in hk??

First of all, if apply for visa to visit/transit HK for the first time, you should apply directly to the Immigration Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
If he can send you an invitation letter, it will helpful to support your visa application.
