About:Chinese Embassy in Nepal

I am a Nepalese Citizen and had received a Chinese Visa to travel to Beijing via Delhi for a Holiday. I was told in delhi Airport that I had to return directly to Nepal on my return and that I would not be allowed to come out of New Delhi Airport on my return (even though Nepalese do not require a VISA, and that we were planning to stop in Delhi for a few days - because my wife and children hold an Indain Visa. Can you let me know - if this is correct ? ...and if so why is this done. If it is not correct - where can i file a formal complaint on this ?

Thank you, A concerned Citizen - SP

yes, it is corret, when you go to Beijing via Delhi, you have the valid Chinese visa, which can prove that you will leave Delhi on time, however, on your return trip, your Chinese visa expires, the Delhi airport can't judge you will leave India on time, so you are not allowed to come out of New Delhi airport, and you have to return to Nepal directly.
