hello, I have been reading your advice and guidance, and do have to admit that you have a great site.

My question is the following:

My fiance who has just recently left Pakistan, and is Chinese National by birth and I am a US Resident holding a Pakistani passport.

I wish to go visit her and be with her, I have not been able to find the adequate information for such visa online.

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Do you mean you both are leaving for China? or your fiance is now in China, and you want to visit her?

She has left Pakistan on June 28th, 2010, I am still here in Pakistan at the moment.

Yes, I wish to go to China on a visit visa with a Pakistan Passport.

We are not legally married, and she had been in Pakistan from 23-08-2009 - 28-06-2010, as I had sponsored her.
