Thank you for the valuable information, Ms. Lisa. I just want to add some questions. Is it practical to buy an octopus card for these trips? How much and where can I buy one? Can you suggest itineraries on our one day trip to Macau (please include transportations rate)? Thanks again!

You can buy Octopus card and there are many kinds of card, for example, you can just buy ordinary card, airport express travel pass if you will use airport express to or from the airport, one day pass for daily use, etc.
For one day in Macau, you can take good advantage of free shuttle bus. Major hotels in macau has free shuttle bus service to Macau Ferry Terminal. For example, you can take free shuttle bus to Lisboa Hotel first and then walk to the historical center of Macau. Then you can take bus at Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro to Ama Temple. Then back to Venetain from Ama Temple. See Venetain at night and take its free shuttle bus back to Macau Ferry Terminal.
