Good day. I am a national of Colombia, South America. I have business in Trinidad and would like to go to China to check for merchandaise. I do not have any business partner there. This will be my first tiem in China. What do I need to do and what kind of visa would you recomend me?Thank you for your help.

It should be disided according to your purpose and your actual stay time in China. in general, you should apply for a business visa. You may have a try to apply for a tourist visa instead.
