It is advisable to apply for China visa from china embassy in Dhaka, Bangladesh for your husband and son. They need the Alien Registration Card valid for more than 6 months if they want to apply for China visa in Seoul, second, they have to apply for China visa through one of the travel agencies designated by the China embassy in Soul by paying for extra service. The China embassy in Soul doesn't accept the China visa application from ordinary passport holders. In bangladesh, they can directly apply for China visa from China embassy in Dhaka.
