Hi!We are two norwegian boys who wants to go China-Japan-China-North Korea. Unfortunately we could only get a double entry visa at the chinese embassy in oslo. Is it possible for us to go to the chinese embassy in Tokyo to have a new double entry visa, giving us enough entries for going to North Korea as well?Or do you have to be legal resident of Japan to aquire chinese visas at the chinese embassy in Tokyo?
