About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

Hi!
We are two norwegian boys who wants to go China-Japan-China-North Korea. Unfortunately we could only get a double entry visa at the chinese embassy in oslo. Is it possible for us to go to the chinese embassy in Tokyo to have a new double entry visa, giving us enough entries for going to North Korea as well?
Or do you have to be legal resident of Japan to aquire chinese visas at the chinese embassy in Tokyo?

Mr.Johanse, according to your itinerary, the double-entry China visa is Ok for you to enter China twice, the first entry is from Norway to China, the second entry is from Japan to China. You don't need to apply for a new China visa in Japan.

The problem is we're going to China three times:
Norway-China
Japan-China
North Korea-China
Because its not possible going from Japan directly to North Korea, we need three entries.

But the base of our question is as follows:
Can norwegian citizens apply for a chinese visa at the embassy in tokyo?

It is possible for Norwegian citizens to apply for a China visa at the embassy in Tokyo, if you need the double-entry visa, you should show the ticket from Japan to China, North Korea to China, then the visa officer will know that you need to enter China twice, anyhow, have a try! Godd Luck!
