About:Zhangjiajie Scenic Spot

HI, i'm French, i'm traveling around the world.. i will be in Cambodia for 3 weeks in July, i want to get the chinese tourist visa from Phnom penh...
I know that's possible, but i dont have a flight ticket booked to leave CHina as i want to leave the country with the train up to Monoglia ... i havent booked my train ticket yet..

can i still have the chinese tourist visa from Phnom Penh chinese's embassy??

You can get an air ticket instead just for getting visa. The better option is to go with an evidence of departure for them to document. Thanks.
