if this year is going to get better for me?

His DOB: 7-17-1986
I have been having a lot of bad luck the last two years in almost everything. I was wondering if this year is going to get better for me.
I have been with this guy on and off for the last five years, I was wondering if we decided to get married, would we be compatible for each other?
He opening his new business the end of this year, I was wondering what his career path would be for the end of this year and the coming year?
