About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I'm reaching Beijing (Terminal 3) on American Airlines at midnight. My connecting flight is on China Southern in Terminal 2 at 8:00 AM. So, I have an eight hour lavyover. Is there a shuttle that can take me from Terminal 3 to 2 at this time of the night? Will I be allowed to enter Terminal 2 or should I stay back in Terminal 3 until around 5:00 AM and then move to Terminal 2. I'm not able to find the operating hours of the inter-terminal shuttle. Can you advise?

There is a free shuttle bus that can take you from T3 to T2 at night. You can find details here:

You'd better stay at T3 around 5:00a.m. and then move to T2. There is Hourly Lounge for you to have a rest which located at the west side of the public space in the Arrival Hall at 2F of T3-C.

Hi Jeff, it seems that you should do so, collect the baggae at T3 and then transfer to T2 for re-check in.
