.It is about 200 kilometers.
.Taxi is available at Airport. If you take taxi to the downtown of Shanghai, the fare is charged by meter. However, it is very expensive if you want to take taxi to Hangzhou City. It is about 750rmb.
.Generally speaking, taxi is not allowed to take 5 people. Fare is charged by meters within Shanghai, not metered if you go out of Shanghai.
.I think two days are enough to visit Hangzhou.
.You'd better visit Shanghai first and then go to visit Hangzhou.
