i am arriving on asiana airlines in t2have only 2 1/2 hrs to transfer to china

Question

I am arriving on Asiana Airlines in T2 and have only 2 1/2 hrs to transfer to China Airlines to Xian.  Not sure if Asiana Airlines will transfer my luggage to Air China as I am buying a separate ticket.  Is that enough time to go thru immigration etc collect myluggage, recheck-in with China Airlines, go through security and find the right gate for my flight to Xian?  This is if my luggageis not transferred by the airlines......

As you will make a transfer from international flight to domestic flight, Asiana Airlines will not transfer your luggage to Air China. You need to recheck your luggage.2 1/2 hrs is enough for you to catch up China Airlines to Xi'an.
