is that cny 50 to swim in the competition pool of water cube?

There is no place that I can find more information about The Water Cube and The Bird Nest than this website. Thank you very much for posting the information! I have a group of 25 people (23 teenage swimmers and two coaches)planning on visiting The Water Cube on August 5th, 2010, and would like to swim in the competition pool. Is that CNY 50 to swim in the competition pool? What kind of water test do we have to do? Can this be done on the same date in The Water Cube?  Thank you very much your for your help!

Hi,LauCNY50 is the fee to swim in the warm-up pool of the Water Cube. As the pool is deep as 2 meters, swimmers who don't have deep water swimming certificate have to take a test on deep water swimming. The test fee is CNY20 per person. I think you guys are all capable of that, lol. Moreover, to ensure safety, those who want to swim must have a health examination.
