Best Salt Lakes to Swim in Near Urumqi

I've heard there are multiple salt lakes within 30 minutes to 2 hours from Urumqi. What are the exact names (and coordinates because Baidu and Google Maps isn't helping by name). Are they accessible by bus? If they are dry in the summers will there be enough water to just have a soak in the fall or spring?
