hi i have a chinese friend visited here in the philippines but failed to go back in china.. lately he told me his problem that he was over stayed for 3yrs because he lost his passport and don't know what process he could do to go back to china now he has plans to go home so he was asking for help... he has a girlfriend and 8mons old baby... can you tell us what to do so that i could advise him.. ur help is appreciated..thank you..
