I got a job in china. the company asked me to provide my medical report from a hospital recognized by the china embassy. i want to know the names of the hospitals that are notarized by china embassy in India.....

"Physical Examination Record for Foreigner" issued by doctors from an Indian state hospital is required. The photo on the Record should be stamped by the hospital.(Valid for 6 months from issued date)
