About:China Silk

inventions in ancient china?

Hi, I'm doing a project on ancient chinese inventions and i chose SILK. I was wondering if the way chinese people weave silk has changed. And also how did they weave it??????

Hi,there
As i see, traditional way of weaving silk is still alive in folk now. But there are also machines to weave silk. It feels different and silk in traditional hand weaving is softer and more delicate.
