About:Overstaying in China & Penalty
It's not our intention to overstayed in China but stuff happens
I came to China to study. We applied for another visa to stay longer in China, but they gave us a fake visa. It’s not our intention to overstayed in China. For us to fix the situation is to pay a big amount of money for each family member to exit and come back. So we decided to stay in China. Now I'm a 2019 high school graduate and I'm looking towards enrolling in one of the universities in the USA. How will my situation affect me trying to get a visa to the USA?
