my boyfriend holds and canadian passport and is from vancouver, british columbia but is currently on a one year working visa in japan finishing in july. we are planning a trip to china before his return home. should he mail his visa application to ottawa or vancouver (i can drop it off in vancouver)or is there somewhere in japan he can mail his application to. He is trying to avoid taking a day off work (which is difficult) to travel to tokyo and apply in person.
