Is the two way ticket cheaper? Can I break journey with this ticket? I am planning to do traveling From Chengdu to Beijing and back to Chengdu before flying back to Malaysia. Can you give me a suitable train traveling itinerary so that I can maximize my traveling and sightseeing the most with a low budget travel.

There is no preferential price for the two way tickets for China trains. And it costs at least 25 hrs from Chengdu to Beijing by train. Since you’d like to have more time to go sightseeing, you are suggested to take flight, which takes just 2 hrs and a half. And there are always some discounted tickets on sale.
