I sent a package from Singapore to Beijing using the speedpost service. I checked the track and trace system (shipment number : ER331087190SG) and found that it was delivered and signed for by a person named machao. However, my friend (the addressee) still has not received the package. Does the delivery status in the track and trace system means that the item is delivered? Kindly help me on this matter and how i can do i ensure that the package is really delivered..
