I am a Pakistani citizen living in Jeddah since now 35 years. I wish to visit China for exploring business for Saudi market. At present we dont have any contact in China. I believe after my visit to China I can meet manufactuers and exporters and later we can start the businesss. Pls tell me what type of visa I should apply and what documents are required to visit China.

I think you may apply for a China Tourist visa this time. The required documents are:
(I) Original passport with validity more than six months and minimum 2 blank visa pages;
(II) Photocopy of the first 2 pages (personal information) of the passport and the recent Chinese visa page if there is any;
(III) One fully completed visa application form in Chinese or English, attached with one of the applicant's recent color photograph (30mm X 40mm).
(IV)hotel reservation in China and round-way air tickets.
For tourism, Pakistani citizens should first contact a qualified travel agency of China and settled down all the details of the tour. And then the tourist agency may arrange a visa notice form for a travel group (more than 5 people) and a group-visa for you. At present, individual tourists are not accepted.
