Mrs.Michelle,1)  You may go to Central Pier 2 to take ferry to Park Island. The journey takes around 20 minutes. 2)  It depends how long you will stay in Disneyland. If you get out a bit earlier in the morning, then you will have time to do shopping at Citygate. The mtr from Disneyland to Tung Chung (Citygate) costs around 16 minutes.
