About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

Konnichiwa!

We are visiting Japan soon, in early August and are considering going home to Europe via China later in the month, but, as we are currently living in Taiwan, we cannot get China visas here. Can we get one whilst in Tokyo within a month before leaving Taiwan?

Thank you, arigato, xiexie

Thank you, I appreciate your thoughts. What I really need, however, is definite information - 'I think' may be wrong, you see....=)

PS, We are UK and German passport holders.

Mrs.Braun, according to my experience, it is easy for the UK and German passport holders to apply for China visa at the Chinese embassy in Tokyo. The embarkation card to Japan will be required if you don't need a visa to Japan. You can apply for it when you arrive in Tokyo, it takes 4 working days for regular service.
