About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

I am planning to take on a job offer in Shanghai. I hold a Canadian Passport. Apart from the listed documents I need to bring, are there any other requirements? I've heard that the PSB or Visa Office may also request high and college school records or copies of original certificates? I wanted to make sure, as I do not have the original copy of my high school diploma as it was decades ago since I graduated. Thanks in advance.
