About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

Hi, I want to visit Japan but i need to get there a tourism visa to visit china for one month. I read on the website of chinese consulate in Japan that foreigners cannot get any visa to China, unless they live in Japan over 1 year. I am from Spain, is it like this?can i not get a tourism visa to China??

No, the visa policy has been changed, foreigners in Japan can apply for a China tourist visa from the China Embassy or Consulates in Japan, but they have to provide their valid entry records to Japan.

Mr.Manu, the latest information about China visa application is written in Chinese version, I'm afraid that you can't read it. Its true that aliens who doesn't stay in Japan for 1 year can also apply for China visa.
